This introductory course provides the foundation for all of the Persogenics education courses.

You will learn:

- The four basic communication patterns: Dominant, Expressive, Analytical, and Amiable
- How to identify these communication patterns in yourself and others
- All about your own communication pattern and how best to communicate with those not like you
- How others perceive you and how your communication pattern changes under pressure or at work
- How your communication pattern changes under extreme stress
- Quick and easy ideas for communicating more effectively with others
- Ideas to prevent and resolve conflicts

In the Connecting with People course, we will give you specific principals for connecting with every person you meet and dramatically improving your communications.

Our traditional two-day course is taught by one of our expert certified trainers. You can receive this training at our home offices, satellite sites, or at a location chosen by you. An E-learning course is also available.
