Connecting with People Basic Course - This two day facilitator-led foundation course will give you an in-depth knowledge of the four communication patterns, how to identify those patterns in others, how to modify your communication pattern to most effectively communicate with those not like you, and how to avoid and resolve conflicts. This class is a pre-requisite for all our programs.

Executive Preview - A four-hour facilitator-led course for executives and managers which covers the four communication patterns, basic Persogenics software orientation, and report overview.

Certification Training - A two and a half-day facilitator-led course which provides the same in-depth coverage as the basic Connecting with People course, but with additional material designed to help prepare those interested in teaching this material. Certification is mandatory for all those interested in teaching Persogenics material.

E-learning - Take the Connecting with People course at your own schedule and location. Our flexible 6 hour course will provide you with the same fun, meaningful material as our facilitator-led course, but at your own pace over the internet.

Reports

Our Nutshell Report does a side-by-side comparison between your communication pattern and the pattern of a person of your choosing. This report gives you ideas for improving your communication in 8 specific areas: Priorities, Follow-Through, Conflict Resolution, Decision-Making, Motivations, Handling Discipline, Potential Difficulties, and Behavior and Work.

The Common Ground Report provides an easy-to-use way to resolve conflicts by providing you with a specialized report for each person involved, including action plans, helping you facilitate a resolution.
